We take your privacy very seriously and we are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect and use any information about you. If you have any questions, please contact Training department.

When you register and use the GENERALI e-Learning Portal (the “Portal“) and/or when you visit the e-Learning website (the “Website“), we may collect certain personal information from you, for example, to create an user account,  you need to provide data including your full name, agent code, branch, email address and/or mobile number, and a password.  If you register for online courses with fee, you will need to provide payment (e.g., credit card) and billing information.   

We may also receive certain personal information from you when you contact us by email.  No information sensitive in nature will be collected.

Any personal information you provide to us, whether during account registration or while accessing the Portal or the Website, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data once provided by you would be input into our LMS system for processing, safe keeping and for the performance of our obligations in relation to your policy.

We may disclose your personal data for the abovementioned purposes to the any other parties, in respect of whom you have consented to the disclosure of your personal data.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal data provided by you is accurate, complete, not misleading and kept up-to-date consistent with the purpose for which the personal data was collected and further processed.

We will not retain your personal data longer than is necessary for the fulfilment of the original purpose for which it was collected. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is destroyed or permanently deleted if no longer required unless such retention is necessary for our operational, audit, legal, regulatory, tax or accounting purposes.
